OnePlus’s N6x smartphone launch in India has been set for July 31 at 12 pm IST.
The device will go on sale on August 4, available through Amazon India and OnePlus India’s official online store.
A 7,000mAh battery has been confirmed for the phone, with OnePlus stating it can offer up to 2.5 days of battery life on a single charge.
The company has shared specific usage figures, including up to 20.56 hours of video playback and 133.56 hours of music playback.
Camera features on the N6x include AI Portrait Glow for low-light portraits, AI Eraser for removing unwanted objects or people, and AI Unblur for sharpening blurry photos.
The phone has a flat display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
It will be sold in Burgundy Red and Ice Blue colour options.
Official pricing is expected to be announced at the July 31 launch event.
OnePlus has been steadily expanding its lower-priced N series in India over the past year, aiming to offer flagship-adjacent features such as large batteries and AI camera tools at more affordable price points.
The company has not yet detailed the chipset or RAM and storage configurations for the N6x, with further specifications expected to be confirmed at the July 31 launch event.
Alongside the phone, OnePlus is expected to detail exchange offers and bank discounts at the launch event, a practice the company has followed for previous N series launches in India.
The 7,000mAh cell marks one of the largest batteries OnePlus has fitted into a phone sold in India, reflecting a broader industry trend of manufacturers prioritising longer battery life in budget and mid-range devices.
OnePlus has said further details on the N6x, including its full specification sheet and official price, will be confirmed only once the July 31 launch event takes place, with the company keeping some details under wraps until then.
