An Italian woman’s cultural observations about her Indian family have gone viral on Instagram, drawing millions of views.
Chrissy Varughese said her plate was refilled repeatedly even after she said she was full, describing it as part of how Indian households make sure guests never go hungry.
She also noted a difference in kitchen etiquette, with her Indian family preferring she relax rather than help with cooking or serving, unlike common practice in Italy.
