The Houthis claimed attacks on Saudi Arabia.

A strike on a jet fuel facility at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh on September 19 was also reported.
US crude fell about 3.7 percent to about 92.56 dollars a barrel and Brent fell about 3.2 percent to about 100.54 dollars on hopes of US-Iran diplomacy, according to the report.

Brent crude has traded above 100 dollars a barrel in recent weeks because of the conflict and concerns over supply.
Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, told Al Jazeera that Tehran had conveyed its demands to Washington through Qatari mediators.
According to reports, the seven conditions include an end to the war on all fronts, the release of frozen Iranian assets and the lifting of the US naval blockade on Iranian ports.
Rezaei said Washington must implement Tehran’s conditions before negotiations begin.
He also warned that Iran was prepared for further military confrontation and said US bases could face heavier strikes if Washington launched another attack.
Iran’s central military command said it had received information that the United States was preparing to resume military action, and warned that any US attack would trigger sustained strikes on American bases and interests in the region.
