Pakistan trail by 112 runs at stumps despite Masood’s 88

Pakistan trail West Indies by 112 runs at stumps on day two of the first Test in Tarouba, closing at 199 for 3 despite Shan Masood’s unbeaten 88.

Masood, on 88 off 137 balls with 11 fours, added 155 runs with Imam-ul-Haq, who scored 63.

Pakistan’s innings had a rough start, with opener Azan Awais bowled by Kemar Roach for a nine-ball duck.

Salman Ali Agha was unbeaten on nought off 9 balls at the close.

West Indies had been dismissed for 311 in their first innings, with Mohammad Ali taking four wickets for Pakistan.

Pakistan will resume their innings on day three, still 112 runs behind.
